2. What data we collect
This website does not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising cookies. We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Your name and email address when you contact us via email
- Purchase details processed by Gumroad (their privacy policy applies to transactions)
3. Cookies
This site does not set first-party cookies. Google Fonts is loaded from Google's CDN, which may set cookies under Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party scripts are loaded.
If you wish to block all external requests, use a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.
4. How we use your data
Contact information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry or fulfil your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data retention
Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years for business record purposes. Purchase records are retained as required by applicable tax law (5 years under Polish law).
6. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact tom@pelayoconsultores.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data transfers
Email is processed via standard internet infrastructure. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. (United States). Gumroad's Standard Contractual Clauses apply for EU-US transfers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
